** If you would like to ride with a friend in the same group on track, you must indicate that below on your sign up. We have to know prior to your school date. We can’t guarantee you will be able to ride with your friend but if we don’t know about it before hand we will not be able to accommodate this request at the track.**

We are very strict about our cancellation policy. You will find our Policy is standard industry practice among car and motorcycle schools. The following applies to any and all reasons for cancelling OR rescheduling, including accidents, missed travel connections, bike malfunctions, acts of God, health issues, work or personal emergencies, you name it.
There are no exceptions to the above.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF DANGER
RELEASE FROM LIABILITY
The Released Parties expressly waive and relinquish all rights and benefits afforded by Section 1542 of the Civil Code of the State of California, and understand and
acknowledge the significance of such specific waiver of Section 1542. Section 1542 of the Civil Code of the State of California states as follows:
"A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS WHICH THE CREDITOR DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT
TO EXIST IN HIS FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE, WHICH IF KNOWN BY HIM MUST HAVE
MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR."
Thus, notwithstanding the provisions of Section 1542, and for the purpose of implementing a full and complete release and discharge of the Released Parties, the
Released Parties expressly acknowledge that this Agreement is intended to include in its effect, without limitation, all Claims which the Released Parties do not know or
suspect to exist in their favor at the time of execution hereof, and that this Agreement contemplates the extinguishment of such Claim(s).

Rain or Shine: We run rain or shine. Most tracks have excellent traction and can be run in wet conditions, besides it
doesn’t usually rain all day. We’ll be there and so should you. If the conditions are so bad we can’t run at all or we have to stop, you will get a
full or partial rain-check to reschedule for another school.
Riding Experience: Participants must have some riding experience—we do not train first time riders.
Crashing: Crashing can end a participant’s day of track riding. We aren’t doctors and can not OK riders
to return to track activities if they crash. There are exceptions.
Compliance with Safety Procedures: Participants agree to comply with CSS staff as regards safety procedures, failure to comply can
lead to expulsion from school activities.
Consecutive Days of Training: In the event that you are signed up for 2 or more consecutive school days, you will be responsible
for attending both or all days as per our normal cancellation & reschedule policy. This includes but is not limited to personal schedule change,
mechanical failure if riding your own bike, crashing, etc.
Payment of School: Your school date(s) must be paid in full 30 days before the school date(s). If the balance due is not received
by this time it may result in a forfeiture of your reserved spot. CSS has the right to give this spot to someone else and refund any monies previously paid by you.
Paying for a Friend: If you pay for the deposit on a spot at the school for a friend, you are liable for the full payment of the
school 30 days before the school date(s) as if the spot was yours. If you decide not to pay for his/her balance you are solely responsible for getting your friend
to pay it 30 days before the school date(s).
Renting a BMW S1000 RR: This is only for those participants that are renting one of the school’s S1000 RRs, you must have a
valid motorcycle license, it does not have to be from the state that you are attending the school in.
Equipment & Parts Replacement: All participants are responsible for the repair or replacement of our equipment and parts for
any of the following: Our bikes, including training bikes, riding gear and timing transmitters that may have been lost or harmed while in your use. For our regular schools, you will be
liable up to $3000 for our bikes. For our CodeRACE format, you are liable $5000 per incident on any of our bikes. You are liable up to $300 for damage to our riding gear, timing equipment and/or on-board camera. Please bring cash, check, money order or a credit card
(MasterCard, or Visa) with availability; to the track on the day of the school should the above occur.
